    A Little About Me

Hello! I'm Erin, a National Board Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and I am so excited you have made it here!

I was born and raised in upstate New York and ended up starting a lifelong love affair with the outdoors, that led me to the Rocky Mountains in Colorado. It's a good thing my husband shares this love! In the midst of working hard and playing hard, I drifted from myself and my path in life became less visible. I was happy and grateful, but I kept feeling this looming disconnect that seemed to be asking for attention, in more ways than one. How was I to make my way to feeling more like me? So, my journey began with a search to find my most authentic, healthy self. What did health and happiness look like for me, without the outside world and all its many opinions? I wanted desperately to hear that inner voice inside tell me exactly what she needed and what to do. So I started asking, asking myself all the questions no one else was. I learned with practice how to ask, and more importantly, how to listen. At the end of the day, whether you hear them or not, the answers are all within you. No one knows you better than yourself. Fact.

I know what it is like to feel stuck and unable to connect to that sense of passion and purpose. I also know that it is possible to find a way back to your true joyful nature and experience a new, exciting place of clarity. Having had more than a few life lessons, injuries, and challenges, I have made some wonderfully drastic changes to my life that have empowered me to prioritize myself and my health in a way I never had done before. It's a practice and it's not perfect! I got here because I took that first small step - which led to another step, and another. Now I am here to help you do the same. I want you to feel your light at the end of the tunnel and to let it fuel you with the motivation and momentum you need to start your journey. So, let's team up and get you feeling better!

A few things I need in life...
