Restore balance and get out of survival mode when you target the root cause of chronic symptoms with real food, real answers, and slow living practices. We are going to make some real changes here! * Meets weekly - 45 minute sessions. * 15 minute check ins - via phone in between weekly sessions. * Handouts and resources (dependent on goals).
